Prescription fill rate for Covid antivirals
At its peak in mid-2022, 1 in every 300 prescriptions filled was for a Covid antiviral. Now that figure is closer to 1 in every 1,000 prescriptions.
This chart shows the share of Covid antivirals prescribed per week since the end of 2021. There's a spike in the summer of 2022, another smaller spike in December 2022, and there's an even-smaller spike in August and September, which is now receding.
