Americans differ on who faces religious freedom threat

About half of American adults say the freedom of U.S. Muslims to worship is threatened at least somewhat, while fewer see some major groups as threatened, according to a new UChicago Divinity School/AP-NORC Center poll.

Q: To what extent do you feel the freedom of religion of each of the following groups is being threatened in the United States today?

Results based on interviews conducted between Feb. 13 and 16 with 1,015 U.S. adults. The margin of error is ±4.2 percentage points.
