Only a quarter of UNC restrooms contain menstrual dispensers

Among the 111 North Campus women's and gender-neutral restrooms surveyed, only 28 include menstrual product dispensers. Of the 28 that contain dispensers, 17 are not stocked with products, and 15 have a fee.
