Table helper for analytics of bitcoin mining historical revenues which contains a list of block ranges within each epoch and calendar month, block timestamps, and transaction fees included in the transaction details. Block timestamp are used to calculate the time of block production which in turn used to derive estimate of global network hashrates.

** Number of blocks that would be produced if each block was mined exactly 86,400 seconds
