Notes: The CRS baseline for a new Farm Bill utilized May 2023 CBO data. Other contains Credit, Rural Development, Forestry, Energy, Research, Horticulture, Trade, and Miscellaneous. Estimates for the FY 2024 to 2033 period for credit, rural development, and forestry are unknown. However, credit title is anticipated to be negative because of payments into the Farm Credit System Insurance fund, and forestry title is expected to be $10 million or less.
