Types of abortions in Utah

In 2019, 2,776 Utah residents had abortions. Of those, 57% were surgical, while 43% involved medication.

Data does not include abortions performed in Utah to out-of-state residents. Specific numbers were not available for three additional categories, which had fewer than five reported.
