Data was downloaded on May 16, 2023, and analyzed by Devan Samant (Columbia University) for ISA date for projects that entered the queue in 2017 or later (82% of all projects in this analysis). Note that natural gas projects considered as part of this analysis were predominantly uprates to existing facilities, which typically experience shorter times to receive ISAs due to reduced study requirements.
