BTO allocation quotas under Family Care Scheme (FCS)

The quotas relate to the component called FCS (Proximity), which gives parents and their children priority access if they are applying for a new flat to live near or with each other.

NOTE:

* For two-room flexi flats, the allocation quotas for first-timer (FT) families, second-timer families and FT singles under FCS (Proximity) will be among the public supply, outside of the supply set aside for seniors.

** At least 40 per cent (minimum 100 units per project) of the public supply is set aside for eligible seniors. Within this quota, half in Standard and Plus projects and a quarter in Prime projects are set aside for eligible seniors applying under FCS (Proximity) or the Senior Priority Scheme (near existing home).
