Higher-SES voters are more likely to vote for Democrats in the midterms

"If the 2026 general election for Congress were held today, which party's candidate would you be more likely to vote for in your district?"

Data taken from The Argument's aggregated national registered voter survey data between August 2025 and March 2026. N=13,699 (All voters), N=947 ($200,000 or more), N=4,677 (College+), N=642 (College +/$200,000 or more). Note that shares for the Democratic/Republican candidate include leaners.
