Historical candidates with flash-in-the-pan self-funding

The vast majority of Nevada's self-funding congressional candidates spent the bulk of what they invested in their campaigns. But records show some poured six-figures into their campaigns and ended up spending less than two-thirds of the money on anything besides repaying themselves.
