Phillipsburg council approves 2022-25 sewer rate hikes

Phillipsburg Town Council voted 3-2 on Feb. 15, 2022, to increase sewer rates, including the residential flat fee by 133% and the residential usage charge by 6.56% over the course of the annual increases.
