ADU permit filings in 2025 show rebound in Columbia
Permit filings for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) have returned to their highest level since 2023. ADUs are small structures including, but not limited to, tiny homes. Only 10 ADUs currently have occupancy permits in the city of Columbia.
