Building permits issued in southeast Madera County

From 2016 through May 2025, Madera County issued a total of 4,744 building permits to its three growing southeast communities.

Riverstone's first permits were issued in 2016, Tesoro Viejo's in 2018 and The Preserve's in 2022.
