Combination of the general matrices of the analysis of the proposed measures in the Draghi Report for the digitalisation subsector: computing and AI. 71% (five) of the computing and AI proposals are explicitly or ambiguously mentioned in the Mission Letters sent out to the new European Commission, suggesting abundant political will in the College to put them into practice. The creation of an EU-wide policy and residency requirements for public administrations’ cloud services represents a Political Win. All the measures with high viability at the European level are Quick Wins in computing and AI. Despite the major advances that are needed in this subsector, 57% (four) of its measures do not call for any investment (compared with 14% requiring low and 29% requiring high investment).
