Fears of deportation among Latinos

As a group, Latinos in the United States were as likely in 2018 to fear that they, a family member or close friend could be deported as they were in any previous year. Latino noncitizens also reported statistically similar levels of fear across time. But Latino U.S. citizens, who are largely immune to deportation, have reported rising deportation fears.
