Six major routes currently available to international investors

Greece's €250,000 threshold applies only to specified qualifying property categories. Portugal's €250,000 cultural route is a contribution rather than a conventional investment expected to return capital. Malta also requires government contributions, administrative fees and qualifying assets in addition to its property or rental requirement.
