COVID-19 deaths in the second wave of the coronavirus

New Jersey could see deaths exceed 100 a day starting late this month and continuing through January, according to modeling by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington. On Wednesday, New Jersey released two models that did not estimate future deaths, though Gov. Phil Murphy said they are expected to rise.
