Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | June 29 - July 5, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded approximately $550 million in apartment closings across 304 sales, including four over $10 million. Top transactions came from the Upper East Side’s Gold Coast and the Hudson River waterfront neighborhoods of Lower Manhattan, from Tribeca to Chelsea.

As in recent weeks, sponsor sales on the Upper West Side remained strong. Notable closings included 12 at Hendrix House, four at Perrie, three at 155 West 68th Street, two at 212 West 72nd Street, and two at The Astor, which now appears to have sold or leased out all remaining sponsor inventory.
