Note: Use of AI for writing comes from the question, "How often do you use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help you write?" Type of writing performed comes from the question, "How often do you write the following?" Numbers indicate how many of the following types of writing respondents ever do: Poetry or songs, fiction such as short stories or novels, nonfiction such as essays or articles, journal entries, work documents such as memos or presentations, papers for a class or training program, prepared speeches or presentations, and letters or notes.
