Metro Atlanta homes stay on the market nearly a month

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, homes in the 12-county metro region typically spent five days on the market. As of July, homes typically stay on the market for four weeks — a median of 28 days.

The region includes Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale counties.
