Female respondents prioritized a focus on prevention gender-based discrimination and insurance provisions (social and health insurance access) to mitigate impacts of COVID-19. Women expressed limited access to mine sites with higher grade ores (79.27% stated low access) and decision-making about mine site development and resource ownership.
