College Town Vote in the Blue Wall States

Over the past three presidential elections, the number of votes coming out of the College Towns in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin has grown. But in 2016, the Democratic advantage shrunk as third-party candidates siphoned off votes.
