Ready for reopening?

All but one county in the central San Joaquin Valley has received approval from the state to accelerate the reopening of their business community from statewide stay-at-home orders in place since mid-March. Here's where each county stands on meeting the criteria to move forward.

Note: Under hospitalizations and cases, counties need to only meet one of the two criteria. They must meet each of the other conditions: testing capacity, testing availability, contact tracing, availability to shelter homeless patients, and hospital surge capacity.
