The Family Electric Rate Assistance program offers an 18% discount on electric use each month to customers with at least three people in their household who also meet the income requirements. Following are the income requirements for household by size. Three members: $43,921 to $54,900. Four members: $53,001 to $66,250. Five members: $62,081 to $77,600. Six members: $71,161 to $88,950. Seven members: $80,241 to $100,300. Eight members: $89,321 to $111,650. For each additional member add $9,080 to $11,350.
