Over the third week of October 2025, the number of Manhattan apartment and townhouse contract signings fell slightly to 197 deals, totaling nearly $490 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. This was a 7% increase in total dollar volume week-over-week. The median last asking price jumped 16% to $1.39 million as there were a high number of super-luxury deals. The average time on market rose to 102 days.
