Note: Financial year of RBI in 2019 was from July, 2019 to June, 2020. Thereafter, the financial year was from April to March. RBI integrated its 3 ombudsman schemes regarding banks, NBFCs and digital transactions, into one Integrated Ombudsman Scheme which became operational w.e.f from November 12, 2021. Figures prior to Nov 12, 2021 include complaints received by the above-mentioned 3 ombudsmen.
