What Southern California House members think about 'conditions' for wildfire aid

We asked nearly 30 House members who represent Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties if they believe wildfire disaster relief aid for California should come with "conditions" -- and if so, what those should entail. Here's what they had to say.
