Total spot rates rose for dry van and flatbed during the week ending Sept. 25, while reefer rates slid mostly in line with seasonal expectations, according to FTR and Truckstop.com's weekly report. The flatbed uptick was also expected seasonally, but the increase in dry van was unusual for a comparable week in prior years.
