Manhattan Residential Contracts from June 30 - July 6, 2025

Last week, Manhattan saw just 131 apartment and townhouse contract signings, totaling just under $275 million in potential sales if all units close at their asking prices. The week, which included the July Fourth holiday, was the slowest of the year in terms of both activity and total potential sales. The median asking price of signed contracts rose to $1.3 million, while the average time on market fell to 95 days.
