Contractors Almost Never Walk Away Empty-Handed

Of 89 adjudication and arbitration cases filed against state projects in FY 2079/80 and 2080/81, 75 percent resulted in partial awards, 9 percent in full awards, and only 16 percent in no award at all. Combined, contractors received some payment in 84 percent of cases.
