This chart shows the average tax change that North Carolinians of different income levels can expect when near-term tax changes come into effect. Because average tax change data was not available for the sales tax holiday, this analysis includes the maximum amount households are expected to receive from that policy each year ($60). Data for the Child Tax Credit is net of the impact from eliminating the child deduction.
