The red lines indicate the pathways implied by government plans and projections (GPP) estimated in PGR 2023 and PGR 2025. The yellow lines are based on the IEA's Stated Policies Scenario (STEPS) and Announced Pledges Scenario (APS). The black trend line shows historical 2015–2023 annual production.
