Immediate elimination of property taxes
HJR 201 proposes an amendment to the State Constitution to exempt homesteaded property from all ad valorem taxation other than school district levies. The following projections, from the Broward County Property Appraiser's Office, were calculated as if the proposed amendment were in effect for the 2025 tax year.
