Counties have rejected 372K Pa. ballot applications

About one out of five applications for mail ballots processed since the June 2 primary election has been rejected. The vast majority of those rejections — 336,000, or 90% — have been duplicate applications, mostly from voters who had already signed up to vote by mail when they did so in the primary election.

As of Oct. 14. Numbers do not reflect applications processed before the primary.
