Where Amendment 4 had the largest impact in Florida

More than 31,000 people who were once incarcerated in state prisons have now registered to vote. That's about 2.4 percent of new voters in that time, or 1 in every 41. The total number of people with felonies who have registered is harder to estimate. Counties with relatively large Black populations, like Gadsden, tend to have more felons registering.

Shows percent of registered voters with listed registration dates on or after Jan. 8, 2019. Data as of Aug. 31.
