Cook County state’s attorney’s office releases list of cops who won’t be called to testify

Cook County’s “Do Not Call” list is largely made up of officers whose alleged misconduct has so badly hampered their credibility that they’d be a liability for prosecutors on the witness stand. The majority — 120 — are members of the Chicago Police Department.
