By 2070 there will be just 1.33 people aged 20 to 64 in Japan for every person 65 or older, compared to 1.92 in 2020, 1.64 in Germany compared to 2.74 in 2020, 1.85 down from 6.47 in Brazil; 1.72 down from 5.4 in China, and 2.07 down from 3.52 in the United States.
