Covered California health insurance rate increases in the San Joaquin Valley

The San Joaquin Valley is divided into three "rating regions" in Covered California's health insurance marketplace under the federal Affordable Care Act. Here are the average percentage change in monthly premiums for health coverage in each of the three regions for 2027.

Note: Figures represent the average percentage increase in Covered California health insurance premiums within a county or region, but a customer's actual increase depends on the insurance carrier and what insurance plan they select.
