Functional Marker Frequencies after 14 Days: -80C vs. 4C

These data compares the correlation of TokuKit-fixed samples stored at -80C and 4C after 14 days. Each point represents the correlation between the median percent of parent of the functional subset across the three donors at the two temperatures. Specimens from three donors were analyzed on our 41-marker CyTOF panel for fixed whole blood.
