Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | February 1 - 7, 2026

The Manhattan residential sale market recorded 263 arm’s-length apartment closings last week, including 29 luxury sales above $3.9 million. Six of the top ten sales were sponsor sales in new developments, led by the Jean Nouvel-designed 53 West 53 rising over the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
