SB 9 Applications, 2022-2023

SB 9 projects may involve two different processes: a lot split and construction of new housing. In some cases, applicants submitted proposals for only a lot split or only a new unit. In other cases, they applied for both. Where an applicant requested both, the chart shows them separately. Unit applications may represent a single home, duplex or home with an ADU.
