Michigan minimum wage, adjusted for inflation

Michigan's minimum wage since 1965, but adjusted for inflation to November 2021 dollars.

From 1965-1971 and 1991-1997, the federal minimum wage was higher than Michigan's, so it took precedence. Future hikes are contingent on the state's annual unemployment rate staying below 8.5%.
