Personal loans make up most fundraising by Trone and McClain Delaney in Maryland's 6th district

Rep. April McClain Delaney and former Rep. David Trone have combined to raise nearly $34.8 million this election cycle. About $32.8 million was supplied through personal loans or contributions to their own campaigns.
