CPP calclations based on ONS life expectancy data for 2016-18. Differences are based on period life expectancy and are averaged across men and women. There is no data for the 31 local authorites used as the baseline for calculations. These authorities have been identified using a modified version of the English Indices of Deprivation 2019 which excludes health and employment.
