BlueCross BlueShield seeks amended insurance rate increase
The average percent change to BlueCross BlueShield insurance premiums on Vermont Health Connect for individual and small group plans. Premiums for 2025 have not yet been approved by the Green Mountain Care Board and could still change.
Blue Cross Blue Shield asked for an increase of 21% in individual insurance rates and 24% in group insurance rates, both up from the insurance companies' first request earlier this year.
