Woodland annual deficit projections

Woodland Finance Officer Evis Morales said the city is projecting a deficit of $1.7 million next year and $3.4 million in five years. "What that does in terms of our financials is it will draw on our reserves if our revenues don't increase or if we don't hold steady on expenses," he warned.
