The distribution of expenditure (Ethiopia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Uganda, Jamaica, Bangladesh, and Vietnam) or income (El Salvador and Panama) refers to the countrywide distribution of expenditure per capita, that is, households are ranked according to their expenditure per capita.
