Proposed Modesto Planning Boundary

Modesto could grow from the current limit in black to the red dotted line by 2050, if city leaders continue to embrace the most aggressive option. Many Wood Colony residents west of Modesto are upset, as are some in Salida and others who want to preserve land north of Modesto for farmland.
