Database overview 1. This database encompasses acquisitions and minority investments in NFL teams through publicly available information from 2010 through to the present day. 2. The information does not include transfers of ownership between related parties (e.g. individual to their holding company, parent to child, etc) 3. Buyer/Investory Class Groups are: Companies, Individuals, Private Equity, Groups, Family and State-Owned. 4. Dates are based on the year that the closure of the transaction was publicly revealed. 5. Financial figures have been converted to USD based on a best estimate of exchange rate at the time of public knowledge. 6. Financial information is inclusive of debt and exclusive of ancillary assets (such as stadia) wherever possible.
