The NY/NJ Baykeeper reported findings of a material it believes are harmful to public health. 

A New Jersey environmentalist with the group says lab tests — of rock-like pieces he found — came back positive for lead, which is a hazard for public health and a large part of the reason a nearby Superfund Site was closed off to the public years ago.
